Paul van Dyk Hospitalized Following Fall From ASOT Festival Stage

Broken back and concussion. Happened about a week ago but didn't see it posted on here.

Here is a note a good friend posted on his FB page, who himself was a well-traveled DJ from 1990-2005 and knew PVD very well...here is his post about PVD helping with Katrina efforts.

Days after Katrina hit, the world was watching all the suffering that was going on and with concern. Houston was a mess and everyone was shut down.

Many people were gearing up to throw fundraisers for the victims, and so did nightculture. This is when none other than Mr. Paul Van Dyk stepped up, offered to headline an event and agreed to donate the proceeds to the Red Cross for Katrina. Amazing.

He flew in, headlined, and put on an amazing event. I was sooo proud of our the dance music community. It was a massive night and at a time when streets, phones, and people were in disarray.

That said, Mr Paul Van Dyk is still in the hospital, he is suffering from a fall off a stage which left him with a concussion and a broken back.

Please keep this man in your prayers, thoughts, whatever you can do to send him good vibes, and healing wishes as he recovers .

A good man, great artist, and well worth our love and concern.
