I bought Andrew Duhons (local guy from Nola , check him out) The Moorings album on vinyl last weekend at FQF. After getting home and opening it up to play it I noticed it said 33 1/2 rpm NOT 33 1/3. Is this a typo or has anyone else heard or seen this before? It played great.

Probably done by the artist to make you ponder the very question you just asked...

And no, it is always 33.3 (or 33.333 on very nice turntables)

Yep it's a typo
I just messaged Andrew Duhon on FB and he replied

Hey (my name) I'm sure it's a typo. Should be 1/3. Oh well. Thanks for the message and for coming out to the FQF show, see you down the road!
