What's the boards opinion of Hurricane Season

It's a good enough story but the low budget shows and Lil Wayne's presence is nothing but distracting.

Wayne just had to get in the film. I really liked it, however, I might have felt differently if I was from somewhere else, and didn't relate to some of the happenings in the movie. Bits and pieces of humor made it that much more enjoyable, but that's jmo.
