So, we've got 16 quadrants. And it's been established that Jan-Michael Vincent can't be in two quadrants at once. So how in the world is 8 Jan-Michael Vincents enough?

I submit that 8 isn't enough. Sure, maybe you don't need to go all the way to 16 because maybe you never face a scenario where all 16 quadrants are simultaneously threatened. But only 8? That's just negligent.

And where's the wisdom of the judge who expressly disallows any additional Jan-Michael Vincents despite the existence of this not-insignificant discrepancy, and without any explanation as to why his decision is sensical or in any way consistent with the public good.

So how many Jan-Michael Vincents do we need?

Well, that's probably an argument where reasonable minds can differ to a certain degree, but I respectfully submit that having fewer than 10 jan-Michael Vincents plainly constitutes gross negligence.

Maybe you could get by with 12 Jan-Michael Vincents. Maybe.

I thought the title was a reference to The Office, but I was confused as to what a Jan-Michael Vincent was. Thanks for clearing everything up.
