Reality series which is like the film Nightcrawler. I'm like three episodes in, pretty cool but kinda fricked up at times. L.A. seems like it has action going non-stop, so I can imagine these guys make a pretty decent living off this stuff.

I watched the whole thing last weekend. fricking hated Scott and Zac. Howard was less of a douche, but not by much. You gotta be a really messed up human to spend your evenings tracking down and "documenting" accidents in which people are often badly inured or die. Oh wait, they're journalists. Nevermind.

Yeah I hate Scott, he is a major douche. Zac is bad too, but a little more tolerable. The brothers are cool but the one guy who sat by and watched when that truck got rear-ended really pissed me off. He sat and waited for the accident to happen, rather than try and be proactive somehow and prevent it, just because he wanted an awesome video to record.

Exactly. And then others pat him on the back for saving the dude. Well, yeah he kind of HAD to save him at that point...

What was he to do? It's at night, not many luminaires around, cars are flying by, cops already know about it, going out there himself only puts himself in danger.

like they say....don't become the story. Him going out there only puts him in unnecessary danger.
in a later episode a similar situation occurs and the one guy says that he could try and put his lights or wave people down further down in the highway but then they are watching him and his side distracting people who might hit the stalled car head on. He had a good point imo.

I've only watched one episode and found it to be sort of boring. Too much time spent watching these guys drive across the roads of L.A. Perhaps it gets better. I will watch the next episode when I have chance.
I didn't find any of the featured guys to be particularly off-putting. Just men trying to do what I would consider to be a difficult and crappy job.
