The Artist (2011) won best picture
Argo (2012) won Best picture
Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close (2011) nominated for best picture

The Gambler (2014) expected to be up for the Oscar

Yes please. Or... I'd take either one in a movie role. I give the slight edge to Goodman because Dan Connor is quite possibly the role of a lifetime and he was perfect for it.
