I found it to be very funny. They hit on sensitive issues in America, and they do a good job of bringing awareness to the issues while being realistic, in a humorous sense. I actually have never heard of the show, even though it's in its 3rd season. I saw a promo where David Alan Grier was defending slavery in America, because without it, they would still be living in Africa playing on some sad help the starving children commercial. I think it's the most underrated show on television. The acting isn't great, but the writing and jokes compensates.

It's absolutely hilarious. Maxine's character drives me nuts because of her liberal bs, but the dad makes up for that with his hysterics.
