Gotham did the DC Universe right

Just finished a random rewatch of Gotham (CW) on Max. I always really enjoyed how they worked the DC universe, particularly the villains and lower card characters.
It's unfortunate the last season was shortened as it was really a fun show.

It had its moments. One thing I can say for the GCPD is that they needed to up their security at the precinct because it seems like so much shite went down there over the course of the show.

We did joke while watching that the Narrows was safer than GCPD with all the shite that went down there.
I just loved the campiness of the show. It never took itself too seriously. And thought it had some great individual character portrayals.
