Trailer
It's a pretty good movie for the 1st and 2nd Acts but then it sort of falls flat and runs out of steam.
It's not a high concept...imagine Natural Born Killers mixed with Office Space and Kick-arse...and you get the idea with the violence and comedy/ideology (being sick and tired of all the B.S. and you set out to change things) but you don't save people like in Kick-arse...or do nothing like in Office Space - instead you murder people to make a difference.
The 1st Act is the best...with the list/depiction of everything the protagonist finds fault with America and TV...it's a 1st half-hour of ranting...2nd Act he begins to vent his anger and picks up an accomplice at the local high school (teenaged girl who is tired of all the narcissism of her peers.)
The problem is...the film doesn't have a 3rd Act that is worthy of the first two. It sort of just gives up.
Complaints aside, it's worth a watch.
