JRuss wasn't called a sure-fire hall of famer coming out like Reggie was by virtually all the pundits.

I knew JR was too stupid for the pros but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he did improve from frosh to junior year (something I still wait for with JJ).

No matter the team had the first or second pick Reggie was not and should not have gotten past the second pick according to what he did in college. No way to tell what he was gonna do in the pros.
