The funny thing is you really don't understand what happened which shows how much you know football

Da frick?

Lets recap: I think there was around 16 seconds left when the previous play was blown dead. Georgia then proceeds to waste around 4 seconds after the clock starts again to communicate the play and get everyone set up. Even if Murray throws an incompletion there, there is at best 8 seconds remaining, which is only enough time for 2 more plays.

If Georgia just spikes it, they would have had 14 seconds left to run 3 plays. Spiking it also would gave them more time to get their shite together and a get better play call in.

I know nothing about football.

The fact that you referred to the SEC rant to explain your logic says it all.

The OSU vs SEC in Bowl Play..

Where only an HC selling his soul to reinstate guilty ballers(and later losing his job for it) vs the SEC's SWC transplant(and noted bowl game no-shows/chokers), where three Hog retards can't scoop-and-score vs an open field of green turf and an endzone but yards away in the final minute..gets the Bucknuts off the Zilch in the win column.

When you're too busy blowing out everyone else, sometimes you forget how to manage the clock in tight situations

Should have been spiked.. but you can't fault them for a shot at the end zone.. ball was tipped.. and the WR acted instinctively and caught the ball (poor instincts for the circumstances, though).

I actually think it was the correct call. That's the best D in the country. Best to try to score on them while they're reeling.

If that's their strategy then why weren't they going to no-huddle tactics through-out the game?

It was a horrendous, indefensible call. Also, I've never understood this notion that it somehow favors the offense to hurry to the line and run some sandlot play to try to get the defense off-guard. This isn't fricking basketball where you can inbounds it and have some PG tear down the court.

Is this the best retort you could come up with?

You're right. Chip Kelly hasn't been influential at all in CFB. The number of teams that run fast-paced offenses isn't significantly increasing every year.

And his influence definitely isn't now making its way up to the NFL and being employed by coaches like Belicheck.

If you can't figure out how it favors the offense, then I won't insult you, because you are literally too stupid to insult.

All of the above is even more mind-boggling given that you are a Clemson fan. Did you not happen to notice the speed with which your offense plays? Did you at any point make a connection between that and the number of points your offense scores?
