Drew Brees had -26 yards rushing today.....will that be minus 2 points? Anything negative for the safety?

Depends on your league scoring system. Usually, negative yards don't count for anything and I don't think the safety would either

shite, I'm down 21 with only Dominick Rhodes left Monday night. 
(I read in the rules, we have negative scoring. I just didn't know if it meant minus points for only fumbles and Interceptions)

Considering that safety was a backwards pass, would that be considered a fumble out the back of the endzone?

I couldn't watch the game and in the recap they called it a fumble, but in the Stat box they didn't.
