I haven't followed them too closely other than awareness of their prospect pool. Was it the lack of an elite pitcher or pitching staff that's killed them?

Pitching has been terrible. They went cheap in the offseason and it bit them. Charlie Morton and Kyle Gibson are atrocious. But they haven’t hit either. Even Rustchman is hitting about .200
