Excuse me for my stupidity, but could you elaborate further on what that means exactly?

Like US players can use their credit cards?

Under the UIGEA that was passed, it is illegal for a banking institution of any kind to make a transaction to a gambling website.

Online gambling is legal, but the banking transactions aren't. If they are still running a credit processing company, they are violating it.

Looks like this could be a bit different though.
