Holding is apparently not a thing in football anymore

Basically the only way you might see a flag is if the offensive player outright tackles the defensive player - and it's 50/50 then.

Holding could be called on every play and it should be called because thats the only way they will stop doing it

In the defense of officials, the definition of holding has indeed changed. You are now allowed to literally hold on to the front of the defensive players jersey with arms extended inside your shoulders. I hate them not calling it when the defensive player has shed the blocker, and they continue to hold outside the shoulders or use a headlock.
