Both are great BUT Bird was the ULTIMATE TEAM PLAYER!! Kobe. Not so much!!!

I grew up watching Magic and Bird go at it year after year. You always remember the players you watched as a kid with more awe than the ones who are playing now. Kobe has been the best in the game for at least a few years now (along with LBJ). That being said, I think those stats are kinda eye-opening for those who were too young and never really saw Larry play.
