Rivers really just can't finish for whatever reason. So many layups bounce off the rim and out. It's insane.
He just isn't good. He looks too young/weak and scared when he plays. Maybe he can turn it around but I just don't see it.

I'd say its in his head. I mean its not like hes completely shite. Theres a reason he was drafted 10th.

Give him next season before completely writing him off.

I think Willie Green and Ray Allen should get the most props for shooting those corner 3s at such a high percentage. Why is it that the older shooters get, the more accurate they become in the corners? Bruce Bowen and Shane Battier were and are like that.

Most people don't like shooting those shots because you have a much higher chance of failure from the corners than you do from straight on or from the elbow 3's.

The Gallinari thing is weird also

Perhaps you missed the first graphic that shows the league-wide shooting percentage in the corners is higher than the zones near the top of the arc?

It does seem counter intuitive, but would make sense if overall fewer shots are attempted from the sides and generally only by sharp shooters.

Yeah, I saw that and I think it's just more because less shots are taken from there but by higher percentage shooters. I just find it odd that the older players tend to gravitate more towards those corner 3s as they age
