I think what Calipari was smartly selling to these kids the last few years was that they could be the ones to bring the championship back to Kentucky and become legends.
Now that they've won it, he doesn't have that angle to sell. He's still going to bring in nasty recruiting classes but the big programs will at least have comparable classes unlike the last few years where he's basically run away with it.

There's probably a pretty good chance he lands Bennett if he didn't have SAT issues (see Cal doesn't buy everyone's SAT score 
). And then we're not talking about this. He's still able to sell his ability to get guys in the lottery and now you can win a championship in your short time in college. It's easy to be spoiled and I'm not particularly bothered by it.
