Does anyone know the price to mitigate .28 acres of wetlands in St Tammany parish and a good Mitigator to try and start the process? Thank You in advance

Contact Tom Brown or Zack Rudolph with Biological Surveys, Inc. (985) 893-1321. About 6 months ago, mitigation cost was ~$42,000.00 per acre. FYI, you are generally allowed 1/10th of an acre of impact.

Under 1/10th of an acre doesn't require a permit, under 0.5 acre should qualify for either a Nationwide or General Permit but will still require mitigation.
You can look up banks if you know what kind of wetlands you are impacting. RIBITS
