sorry, but if anyone has waited this long to apply for round 2 then sorry, not sorry.
If someone truly needed the money they should have had their application tee'd up and ready to go day one. Procrastinators are procrastinators for a reason.

I do agree. There are some schedule C filers that were waiting on their 2020 TR, but that's their accountants fault
