So my questions are:
Is it worth it to look into refinancing if I plan to put the house on the market within the next year?
Where is the best place to shop without starting a blood trail for agents to continuously hound me?

No you will typically not recoup costs if you refi and sell in a year unless you are going from FHA to Conventional and paying some gnarly PMI. Rates are also the highest they’ve been in almost a decade.
