evidently in the insurance / healthcare world, the need for patholgies is highly subjective. We went round and round with BCBS over a ob/gyn path and had to get letters written by OB/GYN and pathologist. Eventually BCBS said all we owed was $104. Better that the almost $2000 that Wellstar wanted.
