Ebay Non-Store vs Starter/Basic Store

I'm try to help someone figure out the benefits between going with an Ebay store over just selling via their basic approach.

I may not be looking in the right place but can't seem to find the comparisons that include "no store." Just the differences of the Store tiers.

I've read where the Starter store is pretty much worthless, other than getting your Store Page. So other than that is Basic get better views for your page? That is the main thing I'm trying to see where the benefit starts. I can see that the fees drop with Basic, so thats a plus. I'm thinking you get more listings and a higher listing price amount. Wondering if it helps with views too.
