Anyone familiar with Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (stock stmbol SCNR)?

For anyone not already familiar with SNCR, several years ago, SNCR used to have a share price about 9 times its current share price of about $3.

Several stock analysts rate SNCR a buy along with pretty good PTs for the shares. LINK

Presently, in my opinion, SNCR might reasonably be characterized as a high risk, high potential reward, software company trying to get itself back on tract.

Whether or not the company can execute its plan of turning itself around is, of course, the unanswered question making the stock, in my opinion, a very risky, very speculative investment.

Just wondering if anyone here might be familiar with SNCR and have any thoughts they'd be willing to share about the company.
