That’s what’s disturbing. They have shown they CAN win, but last night, with everything on the line, they weren’t there for it. Can you fix that?

Yes. It’s part of the job to keep a pulse on the team’s morale and focus. If they aren’t ‘up’ for a game then you find a way to get them engaged or make the personnel changes you need to spark the team.
