would any LSU CB beg for help like Kirkpatrick?

It was funny watching Kirkpatrick screaming for help when he realized he was on an island against Randle. finally a timeout was called and next thing you know..he has a safety back helping him. Too funny.

I thought the same thing, but wasn't sure if he was just trying to get a player lined up where he belonged.

Don't think he was begging for help so much as he was trying to get a guy lined up where he was supposed to be. A defense usually doesn't work right unless everyone executes his assignment. I think our guys would do the same if they recognized it.

I'll tell you one thing...
If a matchup comes against OK St., I personally don't want the 3rd or lower CB on an island with Blackman.

Claiborne is the ONLY CB y'all have that can check Blackmon, IMO

I think Simon could do ok against blackmon just because of his height/length. But I agree, Claiborne vs. blackmon would be crazy

Claiborne is the only CB in the nation that can keep Blackmon in check.
