Because Tua was taught by their QB Coach to look to the other side of the field until he was ready to throw which kept the safety in the middle of the field. Sure, I just regurgitated that from the post-game interview, but that's why it worked.

No the CB looked like he was flat footed, got caught not turning around fast enough

they were in cover 2, safety was responsible for that half of the field. almost like he forgot he had another safety to his left to get sucked in that bad
