Your post has me concerned. I did not think that Miles sucked, but you appear to be someone that knows a lot about sucking, so maybe I’m wrong?

Why would a successful and presumably financially secure man in his 60's join the shadow staff of any school for a lower paying analyst job? The hours and pay are negligible for someone who is essentially in retirement

So the coach that took us to the top of the mountain twice and had an absolute floor of 8-5 doesn't get any credit for our sustained success?
