Its not that I/we are obsessed with Bama, its the fact that we have to look at the team that stands the most in our way. Yes it will all come down to Nov 9, but we could win that and lose other games and still be out of of the BCSNC. If Ole Miss was the powerhouse team that we have to beat and overcome every year then I would be looking at their schedule. Yes, UGA and UF are better games than playing cupcackes like UK and Tenn, but they also offer us a higher chance to get a loss. In the end its about having a better win/loss record, and LSU has bigger hurdles to overcome next season. It's pathetic to worry about Bama, but it is also pathetic to pretend like they are not the team we have to overcome, at least in the nearby future. They have Nov 9th circled in their calendar also, trust me.

remember, it doesn't matter how many games they play, or even if they win them.
remember when late losses in nov at home used to hurt a team. no matter, bama will be put right back in the hunt.
it doesn't matter if they play 11 or 13 or 2. they will benefit regardless of the scenario.

You are clearly missing the point. Bama and how they play and who they play is out of our control.
Worry about the things that you can control, like your own schedule. If we don't handle our business it won't matter who Bama plays. If they don't handle their business it won't matter who we play. If you get caught up in the things you have no control over you will look right past the things you do have control over.

Quit bitching and go out and beat UGA & UF.We should have beat BAMA if better coaching decisions were made.As for UF, ULL should have beat them.It wasn't until the BAMA game that the coaching staff realized that they could pass to the TE's & RB's. All of a sudden fans started talking about how Mett was looking like a QB.When you utilize all of your options it is amazing how well a QB can perform.BAMA utilizes their TE's & RB's and it makes their offense effective, especially their running game.Also opens the opponent for the deep ball with WR one on one.Bitching doesn't solve anything, go out and utilize all of your weapons and quit making bonehead coaching decisions.Otherwise, it is CHICK-FIL-A.
