No. He's a good safety overall, but that's more so do to his athleticism and physical tools. He's below average in ball skills and coverage.

Landry in '03 > Landry in '04 > Landry in '05 > Landry in '06
Not saying that he wasn't good in '06; he was just a much better player in '03.
