Why are they only replacing the windows on the North side of TS?

They're done with the replacement of all of the windows on the North side of TS, but I haven't heard anything about plans to replace the rest of the windows.
Why?

dollars...they apparently only raised enough money to do one phase and that is where they wanted to start...

North End Zone is more of a marquee and fan destination. Band/Team march, Tiger One Zone, etc.

But when they were raising the money, weren't they saying it was for replacing the windows on the north side of Tiger Stadium?
Why not just ask for money to replace them all? Didn't seem like that was ever their intention...

Because there is a good chance that they are going to close in the upper south bowl and they will cover/remove those windows for the support structure. No point in changing them.
