The Official LSU pre game will be at Christians on White Oak. This is the Game Watch home of the LSU Houston Alumni group. The pre game party will probably get started around 3.

They actually have a pregame with concerts and 2.50 beer at the staduim

Idk about the bars, but I know for the Wisconsin game last year there were plenty great tailgates going on along the south side of NRG in the Blue and Platinum lots.
As for us, we'll be burning meat and drinking in the green lot on the West (LSU seat) side of the stadium.
