Whoever invented them should be ranked with the folks who invented air conditioning and double-ply TP.
If a beer is your "timer" for grilling, the 10oz stays cold and the last sip is still fresh. For some reason, I have only found them in Louisiana though.

The 10oz cans are where it's at. Not only because they stay cold, but if you decide to take a walk they are easy to bring along.
