What is considered average to good in college football? Wins and lost.

7,8 or 9 wins and every now and then 10,cause if so. That's what LSU is.

Depends on the program. 7 to 9 wins for a program like State, Ole Miss, A&M, or South Carolina is a good season. Programs like LSU, Bama, Georgia, and Florida should accept nothing less than 10 wins a season as a good season.
