You win this series you get put back in/start getting votes for rankings. This series is a HUGE factor on getting our SEC record back where it needs to be. Hopfully we pull through.

At the very least, we just need to win 1 game this weekend. A series win would be huge for us

Agree. It’s a big one. Let’s sweep.

I think LSU will score some runs this weekend. I don’t trust the bullpen at all tho. The offense has improved a ton the bullpen is the same as it was at the beginning of SEC play. Instead of allowing teams to stretch a 3-2 lead to 8-2 they are now blowing 9-1 leads. Along with bad decisions by CPM.

If PM had pulled Coleman after he got out of the bases loaded jam, we probably win the third game. But as usual he left a young pitcher in WAY too long, didn't have anyone warming til the trouble got worse. It's his terrible situational awareness that's the problem. I really think a lot of some of the young arms.

I hate Pawl.

I tend to agree but it’s not like the next two guys came in and did a great job either but I’m different circumstances they may have done differently.

I don’t mind send him back out for the 8th. You have a 8 run lead let the youngster stretch it out and see if he can handle it. When they hit a three run homer to make it 9-5 I would have given him one shot to see if he could bounce back and get out of the inning then I would have pulled him. Edwards comes in with 1 on instead of 2 on and even if the rest of the game goes exactly how it does (walk, HR, Floyd in, third out) you are up by one going into the ninth and see what happens.
