The real problem here is govt handouts If someone needs govt help then give it to them but regulate it. I have seen people on disability because they were overweight. Too many people try to take advantage of the system and its time to start making them pay their share.

I knew once f'in Obama got in office the government would try to control everything. Next they'll be trying to make the game in DC every year and pass a special tax to upgrade the stadium for it. The only way you'll be able to get a ticket is to be politically connected.

Maybe so but in the past it was nothing but talk. This time there might actually be some substance to it. If so it would be another case of the democratically controlled big government getting involved in crap that they shouldn't be involved in. They ought to be concerned about trying to keep the campaign promises that got them elected instead of messing in things that they have no business being involved with.

Perhaps you would rather the government waste money on shitty arse programs such as welfare. Thats a good one. fricking maggots that don't work, drink beer, have plenty of kids, and just collect the taxpayers money every month. Thats just awesome. I'm not saying its right that they look into a playoff, but they are already wasting money on worse things than looking into the BCS.

If you think the BCS is F'd up now just wait till the government fixes it! The DMV and post office are shining examples of government! The only reason the government wants in is for a bigger piece of the pie!
I can just see weight, strength, fitness and athletic ability non discrimination guidelines. Hell I could be a US government all American defensive tackle. Even though I only weigh 180 and can bench press 125 lbs!

Did anybody noticed that congress started to look into the BCS after USC was not allowed to play in the NCG. Even congress states that the BCS is the method for crowning college football's NC and will look into it again in 2004. Wow even congress knows the way college football decides who is the NC. Now we know who congress is smarter than.
