There is a plan already in place that includes a fair evaluation for players and coaches. That’s not likely to change. There is a focus on recruiting in place already as well. Both issues are process oriented. BK has been clear about it for weeks. It is retention over acquisition. The last two cycles were acquisition over retention because of the need for players in general. That is not to say that if a player that the staff really wants comes along a variance wouldn’t happen.
