The truth of last night

WR’s made key drops. Which is something that bites you in the butt.
Outside of JD5 there was no running game and the OLINE could not match their DL play
FSU looked like a playoff team. The have a QB with comparable Joe Burrow like characteristics. 23 years old, 6 years in college
Their wideouts are will be 1st rounders
LSU on defense was good in the 1st half. FSU made good changes and the defense couldn’t stop it.
It doesn’t seem like LSU has the secondary or outside backers to play man coverage
If you don’t get to the QB in zone
He will have all day!!
The sky isn’t falling. It however is a let down.
The coaching staff got some humble pie.
When they play Miss St then that will tell you what kind of potential this team has
Bad OLINE PLAY, poor execution in keys situations (red zone, and drops), and Defense can’t get off the field

But… don’t throw everything out.
If you have 2-3 losses by the time they play bama then you can start hitting the panic button for the future

FWIW we should play a cupcake on opening weekend. Get the kinks out. Dumb to play FSU basically at home.
