I'd be curious to know how much asbestos/lead paint abatement was done to the rooms where the new windows were installed...that would make it much cheaper for whatever the follow-on will be...
I use to do abatement monitoring and usually it's an all or none type deal. If they removed any asbestos, they probably removed it all from a given area. Of course this is the most economic and practical course of action, but not a definite on how it was handled in this situation.

Any update on the white PVC pipe visible under the west upper deck?
Pretty sure that's waste water. The only thing that can be done is to fur down around the pipe.

It looks like shite wtih all those gray blotches.
Those are patches on cracks in the concrete. Only way to completely get rid of them is to replace the concrete and install adequate joints or plaster the facade of the entire stadium.

Are they doing anything to the outiside concrete part of the stadium, i.e. clean it, paint it, etc?
I haven't seen such jobs going on, but other minor jobs have. They were doing some work to the glass on the stairs outside where the bronze tiger is at and the fencing at the top. The other day they were pressure washing a part of the stadium by the athletic admin. building.

Surely there is something that can be done to fix that eyesore.
I've never noticed exposed pipes at other stadiums I've been to.
What about the chain link fence and tacky white awning outside of the stadium? Is that still there.

If you're talking about the west side then yes it is still there.

Yep. That's it.
I thought that LSU might replace the chain link fence with a wrought iron one.
Auburn did that and it made a big difference in improving the exterior of JH stadium.

They can be boxed around with metal studs and then plastered but it would look kinda funny.

Most newer stadiums have the MEP components hidden inside the structural/architectural components. The majority of the current plumbing for TS was done well after the original stadium was built.

Going to look good with the iron gates and the purple and gold lights they talked about adding.

I was listening to the radio a few weeks ago, they had some TAF administrator on saying that the next major project would be to clean up the outside of the stadium. IE covering the PVC pipe, cleaning the concrete, etc.

Saw this last week and it seems to be done up there. Looks pretty nice imo! I'm digging the improvements to the appearance thus far
