you can't transfer them to your name, but you can receive the TAF points. Have your aunt write a letter to TAF stating that you buy the tickets from her and she is willingly relinquishing her TAF points to you.
we are doing this for now until LSU decides to open up another small window of opportunity for people to transfer tickets like they did a few years ago.

I don't know about that. We pay our tickets out of our business and it's never questioned.

I don't know the procedure they use for businesses. All I know is what she was told. Maybe the person in the ticket office gave her incorrect information. It appears that priority points can be transferred from the original donor but the actual tickets can't be, at least not right now. Another poster confirmed this.

have her transfer the tickets to your mom and just her for the tickets..

Have her form a LLC and put your Mom's name on it as well as anyone else and I think your aunt can put the tickets under this. Then when she passes away, the tickets stay in the LLC and your mom gets them (as well as anyone else who is listed in the LLC).
