I get it but what if the batter stays in the box and swings nailing neal in the head? It's a rule designed for safety also. Catcher can not be on the plate catching the ball. It's Catcher interference.


Coaches teach a pitch out when they knew a steal or suicide is coming. If he executes an automatic pitchout with the pitcher this whole thing wouldnt have happened.
