Maybe Mett has difficulty with distractions and needs a place to focus on the next series without being distracted by the field. Nothing wrong with that and I don't see how it affects team chemistry.

But I do think team chemistry is important, but each player has to realize he's got a job to do and part of that job is motivating himself to play the best he can. Can't rely on other teammates to do that for you. That being said, still think it's great when a team has a will to win prevelant among them...maybe that's what's lacking - that infamous Miles' "want."
