SN: What's been your biggest focus this offseason?
Patrick Peterson: I'm trying to do things other corners aren't doing. In the summer, I'm always up early and start with a 3-mile jog. I'm working on hand placement, hand speed, pad level to help me with my press coverage. And we've got a lot of young guys, too, so I'm trying to get my teammates prepared to play in an SEC game.

SN: You said "things other corners aren't doing." Do you really think that's all that different than what other corners are doing?
PP: There's other stuff, too. For my hands, I'm working on a boxing speed bag. It's something I just started this spring. I always watch myself from the previous year, and my hands were a little slow. Somebody mentioned that a bag would help, so I went out and bought one. It's hanging in my place.

The only other thing I would have liked to have heard would be PP getting other players to do some jogging and speed-bagging too.

He doesn't want Les to get fired, so why do all of the nega tigers.

Most interesting thing I took away from that article is that Miles is feeling heat. And the players are feeling it around him as well.
They live in baton rouge and (i'm guessing here) either own a radio and a television or knows someone who does. They also (guessing again) talk to people that live in baton rouge and discuss the football team. Its not that interesting.
