The total that the items have gone for as of right now is $6,059.99.
And I would have thought this sale couldn’t have happened at a worse time for the estate. The ball team is horrible, and the program is awash in scandal. COVID-19 has people’s incomes down. Maybe people are spending the money they’d set aside for season tickets(?).

I am for real. Tomorrow I will look for this thread and post watch and ring. But promised by father before he passed the ring goes to my nephews once they are of an age they can be responsible. But have some pretty cool stuff. Blankets mass for wives to cover themselves at games. Was kind of a unique thing. Have some small gold plated footballs that hang off of a charm like bracelet. They have the scores of the games on them. Just quite a bit of stuff. Most of it is at mothers house back in La. But I have the watch ring a few charms and programs

Add $730 to that total.
My bubble burst long before it got to $730. Beautiful plate. I should have studied harder in school.

StPeteLSU, would love to see some of those unique items!! It's always nice too look at unique items of LSU memorabilia. You can also email me at lsutigercollector33@gmail.com if you don't want to post some publicly.
If you ever decide to sell, there are plenty of private buyers that would pay good money, but also don't sell without getting those items appraised by other LSU collectors that would have knowledge on the prices! Some of those items you mentioned are very valuable.

No worries as I stated. The ring goes to my nephews when they get old enough and successful enough to not sell it for cash or pawn it etc. My fathers wishes were to give it to them. The rest of the memrobilia if sold would go up for bidding no doubt. I knew Mickey Mangham but not sure who is actually selling his stuff. I dont know how to post the pics here on this site. I only have pics of the watch and ring. I dont even know the condition of most of the programs and game balls as my mother has quite a few cats and they have been known to ruin a few things I have seen there in the past. Hopefully most of the stuff is put in a safe place for storage

An estate company in Lafayette is selling it on behalf of the family to answer your question StPeteLSU.
