We can talk about the quarterback and the WRs but to me the most concerning thing about last night (and Syracuse) was that these lesser opponents didn't have much of a problem getting significant pressure on Harris. I know they were sending the house a lot but Harris seemed to be under attack a lot when he was in the pocket. Its not something that makes you think the sky is falling it just worries me when we're up against even better talent what could happen.

Bingo my man. Huge, glaring problem with pass protection. If these problems are not resolved soon we are gonna have some serious issues. Bana, Fla, Ole Miss, and TAM are gonna feast on Harris.

To me, Harris doesn't look comfortable in the pocket. This is probably why!!!!

This is due to lack of preparation in my opinion. These college students study film for games like they might do for a test. If they think it's going to be easy they may not take as much time to study film and blitzes. Therefore when they get to the game and see an unfamiliar alignment or blitz they look sloppier than in those big games.

I don't know if it's due to a lack of preparation. But they've been letting a lot of pass rushers through

it's not, it's mainly inexperience which will show up a lot more in pass protection. Tuehema had several big mistakes in pass protection last night. Hawkins has been beat several times as well. IMO this line is put together to primarily run block, a line put together to pass block would probably have a different 5 in there.
