Jamar Chase is the best WR on this team. I think Jefferson is the best right now for this team and fits what we’re doing. But Chase is un-coverable and will win majority of 1 on 1’s.
Stingley is as advertised. Fulton played great but will need to get healthy. Love Delpit’s aggression but I would to see him lock up more.
We’re not as strong up front on D as I thought we would be. We’re playing through some injuries, but we did not win the battle up front. Our tackling was ugly too.
I understand Aranda’s scheme, but it seemed like every time we’d blitz Ellinger would panic a little. Wish we would’ve attacked a little more. Again I trust Aranda judgement. We did get burned on one, most our pressure came on blitzes.
We really pass protected well from the second quarter on. 1 quarter was a little messy but they cleaned it up.
We will need help in the run game. I like CEH, but he’s not an every down guy. I do believe we see a lot of the freshman in the next 3 games. Not sure I understand why LF27 is in so much. He’s an average back.
Biggest thing came post games. Eddie wanted to slow down at the end and the offense coaches said nah, nah, nah, and he obliged. That’s huge, let those guys work.
