One week doesn't translate to the next. Yes miss state is a quality team. Last week was an example of playing a tough opponent on the road with a bunch of youth. Combined with lack of depth at key positions due to injuries and suspensions. We play them 10 times we don't get beat like that again. Just a horible game where nothing went right.
In 1997 LSU beat #1 Florida then lost to ole miss the next week. It happens. We won't learn anything from this UGA state game about LSU. We are not as bad as we were last week and state is not as good. For those predicting 4-7 you are equally as crazy as those predicting 11-1. Road schedule is brutal this year for any team. The one thing a got out of the game is we are in severe need of line help on both side and linebacker. For the first time in recent memory it's not all about the lack of qb play.
