The only person who can answer the "greatest of all time talk" is moffitt.

He trained those canes in 00, 01.

This is just my take, but I watched all those Miami teams, and LSU is as good as any of them. They also are as good as the greatest of the 1960s Alabama teams. I didn't get to see the Oklahoma teams of the 1950s, but I think LSU ranks right with the greatest teams ever to take the field. Not that LSU might not yet lose, but their quality has already been proven.

Everyone needs to slow down on all that GOAT talk.

Remember OU in '03?

Let's play UGA this week first. That's just me though.

I've said all along that Miles' greatest hire was keeping Moffitt in 2005 and keeping him again in the offseason a couple of years ago when Texas wanted him.

Moffitt really believes in these players and he and the chief are on the same page when it comes to defensive players. It's no mistake that this defense resembles those of the canes.

I knew the season would turn out the way it did because of 2 things

Moffitt said this is the strongest team he has ever had (not sure if it was at lsu or his whole career)

And chavis saying this is the fastest defense he has ever had

He SOOO badly wants the job if there's a vacancy. He will have trouble landing a top tier HC job, and he's the kind of guy who'd rather be an OC at the top, rather than a HC in the MAC.
