It can still be a rivalry despite the head to head record.
Although I love the fact that since 1992, Mississippi State has only beaten LSU three times.

Bama and LSU have had a shitoad of close games in that record though man (not only do we have to beat bama, but really refs as well, sorry but it's true) if you look at the game scores. Also, we play Bama damn near every season with sec title and a lot of times national title implications. That has a lot to do with our rivalry with bama...which, without a doubt is a rivalry to both teams, don't kid yourself, those frickers hate LSU. I can't believe you're actually an LSU fan and asked that question. You should know more about what's going on than that lol.
