That is a lot of insider knowledge.. his brother was on the bike also?
Could have is not definitive. What if he was going 50/55/60 and sped up to try and avoid it? It's plausible. I'm not, nor was he saying definitively, that's what happened. Its a possible explanation. He could've also just been going 100. I have no idea. But there is an awful lot of trashing the motorcyclist for something that is 100% avoidable if she didn't run a red light. And it wasn't as if the red light had just turned red. It was red the entire 15 seconds before the crash happened on video.
